2. Service Description
WhatsTime is a platform that allows you to schedule messages to be automatically sent via WhatsApp on specific dates and times. The service includes connecting your phone to the platform via QR code, creating and scheduling messages, and automatically sending these messages as scheduled.
3. Registration and Connection
To use WhatsTime, you must register and connect your phone to the platform via a provided QR code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Security and Privacy
- Data Storage: WhatsTime stores only the names and phone numbers of your contacts to facilitate the sending of scheduled messages.
- Message Access: The platform does not access, read, or modify your existing WhatsApp messages. Only the scheduled messages are sent through our platform.
- Data Sharing: Your data and your contacts' data are not shared with third parties.
- Data Deletion: You can delete your contacts' data at any time through your account settings.
5. Platform Usage
- Phone Connection: If your phone is off or disconnected at the time of message sending, WhatsTime will try to resend the message when the phone is back online.
- Message Cancellation and Editing: You can cancel or edit scheduled messages before the scheduled time directly on the platform.
- Message Recurrence: You can schedule messages to be sent at recurring intervals, such as weekly, biweekly, or at custom intervals.
6. Plans and Payment
- Available Plans: We offer a free plan with limited features and two paid plans with advanced features, including a higher number of scheduled messages, priority support, and additional integrations.
- Plan Change: You can change your plan at any time by accessing the subscription section in your account.
7. Integration and Support
- Application Integration: We provide an API for integration with other applications. Consult our technical documentation for more details.
- Support: All plans have access to support, with priority support available for paid plans.
8. Limitations and Responsibilities
- Message Limit: The free plan has a lower limit of scheduled messages, while the paid plans offer higher or unlimited limits, depending on the chosen plan.
- Number Blocking Responsibility: WhatsApp may block numbers that send an excessive amount of messages. We are not responsible for number blocks that may occur due to the use of our service.
